在(zai)電(dian)(dian)瓶叉(cha)車(che)(che)、電(dian)(dian)瓶牽(qian)引(yin)(yin)車(che)(che)上(shang)(shang)所運用(yong)的(de)(de)大大都都是(shi)(shi)“動力(li)(li)型蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池”。動力(li)(li)型蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池又(you)稱為“牽(qian)引(yin)(yin)型蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池”,其(qi)作業(ye)原理和建議型蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池根柢相同(tong);可(ke)是(shi)(shi)從(cong)規劃上(shang)(shang)看(kan),動力(li)(li)型蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)正(zheng)(zheng)極(ji)板通(tong)常(chang)選用(yong)的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)管式極(ji)板,負極(ji)板選用(yong)的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)涂膏(gao)式極(ji)板。管式正(zheng)(zheng)極(ji)板是(shi)(shi)由一排(pai)豎直的(de)(de)鋁銻(ti)合金(jin)芯(xin)子(zi)、外套以玻璃(li)纖維(wei)編結成的(de)(de)管子(zi);其(qi)管芯(xin)是(shi)(shi)在(zai)鉛銻(ti)合金(jin)制成的(de)(de)柵架格上(shang)(shang),并由填充的(de)(de)活性物(wu)質構成。因為表面玻璃(li)纖維(wei)的(de)(de)維(wei)護,使得(de)管內(nei)的(de)(de)活性物(wu)質不易掉落,因而管式極(ji)板壽數相對(dui)來說較(jiao)長(chang)。將單體的(de)(de)動力(li)(li)型蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)池經過(guo)螺栓(shuan)緊(jin)固聯接(jie)或是(shi)(shi)焊接(jie)的(de)(de)型式組(zu)組(zu)成不必容量的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池組(zu)。電(dian)(dian)瓶叉(cha)車(che)(che)和電(dian)(dian)瓶牽(qian)引(yin)(yin)車(che)(che)都是(shi)(shi)以電(dian)(dian)池組(zu)的(de)(de)型式供給(gei)電(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de),而叉(cha)車(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)組(zu)合規劃只是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)瓶的(de)(de)本身,怎樣正(zheng)(zheng)確的(de)(de)運用(yong)是(shi)(shi)要害,后續的(de)(de)維(wei)護才市叉(cha)車(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)壽數抉擇要害。
眾所(suo)周知,叉車蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)是依托2V的(de)(de)單體(ti)串(chuan)聯構成(cheng),混(hun)合愈加強的(de)(de)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu),然(ran)后(hou)抵達驅動叉車行(xing)進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)意圖(tu)。單體(ti)在(zai)最前期(qi)是選用管式極板組(zu)合,初(chu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)爭(zheng)兩(liang)個期(qi)間進(jin)(jin)行(xing):首要用初(chu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)到(dao)電(dian)解液(ye)放出氣泡(pao)、單格(ge)電(dian)壓升到(dao)2.3~2.4V中止;然(ran)后(hou)將(jiang)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)降(jiang)為(wei)1/2初(chu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu),持續(xu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)到(dao)電(dian)解液(ye)放出劇烈的(de)(de)氣泡(pao)比征(zheng)和電(dian)壓接連3H安穩不(bu)變(bian)中止。悉數充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)時(shi)(shi)刻約為(wei)45~65H,充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)進(jin)(jin)程中應(ying)(ying)常(chang)測量(liang)電(dian)解液(ye)溫度用電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)減半(ban)、中止充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)或冷卻的(de)(de)辦法(fa),將(jiang)溫度控制在(zai)35~40度,初(chu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)結(jie)束時(shi)(shi),若電(dian)解液(ye)比重不(bu)合規則,使用蒸餾水或比重為(wei)1.4的(de)(de)電(dian)解液(ye)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)調整。調整后(hou)再(zai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)2H,直至(zhi)(zhi)比重契合規則時(shi)(shi)中止。另(ling)外叉車蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)不(bu)能(neng)過度放電(dian),過度充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)或許放電(dian)都對電(dian)池(chi)(chi)本身壽數影響,新蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)初(chu)度充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)后(hou)通常(chang)達不(bu)到(dao)容量(liang),應(ying)(ying)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)放電(dian)循(xun)環(huan)。用20HH時(shi)(shi)放電(dian)率放電(dian)(即用額(e)定(ding)容量(liang)1/20的(de)(de)電(dian)放逐電(dian)至(zhi)(zhi)單格(ge)電(dian)壓降(jiang)到(dao)1.75V中止),然(ran)后(hou)再(zai)彌補充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)足夠,經過一次(ci)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)、放電(dian)循(xun)環(huan)若容量(liang)仍低于額(e)定(ding)容量(liang)的(de)(de)百分之九十時(shi)(shi),應(ying)(ying)再(zai)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)一次(ci)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)、放電(dian)循(xun)環(huan),叉車電(dian)池(chi)(chi)單體(ti)日后(hou)在(zai)運用存在(zai)不(bu)均衡(heng)的(de)(de)狀況,要親近查看(kan),否則電(dian)池(chi)(chi)續(xu)航才能(neng)降(jiang)低很快的(de)(de)。
